‘Big Emotions, Calm Body’ Workshop for Schools

Our signature workshop focuses on helping students feel safe in their bodies when experiencing big emotions, and find ways to express and respond more calmly to changes in life.

We help students understand what goes on in their brains when they feel big emotions, ways to integrate mindfulness into their day to day, and identify coping strategies that work uniquely for them. They’ll take home a coping strategies poster to help them self regulate for ongoing emotional support.

‘Happy Kids’ Family Workshop

Our session focuses on helping families understand and communicate with each other better and build better relationships at home. We teach emotional awareness and regulation through mindfulness, games and creating posters that support coping strategies unique to your children. You’ll take home a deck of Mindful Habits Cards to bond regularly with your little ones.

‘Happy Parents’ Workshop

A space to care for the carer, for parents reconnect and give back to themselves, so they have capacity to give to others. Through mindful journalling and conversation, you identify emotions that need to be addressed, and learn ways to manage them, and get a chance to feel like yourself again. We discuss how to set healthy boundaries at home and dedicate self care practices to keep you grounded as busy parents. You take home a deck of Mindful Habits Cards to use at home with the kids.
