Our signature workshop focuses on helping students feel safe in their bodies when experiencing big emotions, and find ways to express and respond more calmly to changes in life.
We help students understand what goes on in their brains when they feel big emotions, ways to integrate mindfulness into their day to day, and identify coping strategies that work uniquely for them. They’ll take home a coping strategies poster to help them self regulate for ongoing emotional support.
Sessions available in English. Suitable for ages 5-16.
